Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery

• Free standard delivery — 2–3 working days, no minimum spend.
• Next-day delivery — £4.99, order before the daily cut-off for next working day arrival.

International delivery

We ship to selected countries across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. A flat shipping fee of £8 applies to all international orders. Delivery typically takes 5–14 working days depending on destination and local customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier.
